چکیده
Phosphate solubilizing bacteria have multi-dimensional benefits in broad host range interaction, accessing nutrients, phytohormone induction, stress alleviation, biocontrol activity, and eco-friend approach. This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of PSB isolates coinoculated with compost, bone meal, DAP fertilizer on tomato growth response. Tomato seeds were treated 10 selected separately grown for 20 days seedbed, then transplanted field that was external P-sources enriched by inoculum. showed positive interaction achieved significant plant assays including height, leaves, branches, flowers, fruit development. Isolate K-10-41 significantly promoted floral development, yield, Mk-20-7 enhanced height weight whereas K-10-27 induced numbers. Compost application tomato-PSB vegetative meal least promotor most assays. Bone however, one top development inducers (harvested 20.94 fruits/plant weighing 881.97 gm). Mixing 50% recommended compost yield (21 harvested weighed 872.46 Based overwhelming performance, together mixture found effective. Therefore, results this imply competent nutrient supplements improved symbiotic effectiveness, sustainable production, environmental health. Consequently, these promising would be production higher sustainability after verifying their at different agroecology taxonomic identification. Screening potential strains evaluating competence under conditions future perspectives develop efficient inoculants. Moreover, synergetic organic (compost, farmyard, or other biowastes), bioinoculants, proper agrochemicals maximize health is feasible economic, social, ecological sense balance.

Application of Potential Phosphate-Solubilizing Bacteria and Organic Acids on Phosphate Solubilization from Phosphate Rock in Aerobic Rice
A study was conducted at Universiti Putra Malaysia to determine the effect of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) and organic acids (oxalic & malic) on phosphate (P) solubilization from phosphate rock (PR) and growth of aerobic rice. Four rates of each organic acid (0, 10, 20, and 30 mM), and PSB strain (Bacillus sp.) were applied to aerobic rice. Total bacterial populations, amount of P solu...

Use of phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) as inoculants has concurrently increased phosphorous uptake in plants and improved yields in several crop species. The ability of PSB to improve growth of aerobic rice (Oryza sativa L.) through enhanced phosphorus (P) uptake from Christmas island rock phosphate (RP) was studied in glasshouse experiments. Two isolated PSB strains; Bacillus spp. PSB9 a...

Phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) possessing the ability to solubilize insoluble inorganic phosphates were isolated from rhizosphere soil. Eighty-one potential PSBs thus obtained were quantitatively screened for phosphate solubilization. Of these, four bacteria found to be efficient phosphate solubilizers, were selected for further evaluation, and found that they solubilize tricalcium phosp...

Heavy metal pollution of soils is of great concern. The presence of the toxic metal species above critical concentration not only harmfully affects human health but also the environment. Among existing strategies to remediate metal contaminates in soils, phytoremediation approach using metal accumulating plants is much convincing in terms of metal removal efficiency, but it has many limitations...
